This is an investment into a portfolio of collateral backed mortgages, which has been turned into non-performing loans ("NPLs"), acquired from a regional financial institution. Creed Group monetizes and profits from the investment through debt collection and disposing those collateralized assets.

Since 1996, after the collapse of Japan's bubble economy, Creed Group has rapidly grown and accumulated vast experiences in due diligence and investments for NPLs in Japan. Creed Group used our past experiences and knowledge to fund raise and investment for this project.
